Add Pride of India Star Anise, Coriander (Dhania) Seeds, Fennel (Soomph) Seeds and fry for approximately 30 seconds.
Add onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add Pride of India Durban Oriental Mix Masala, Pride of India Tumeric Powder and ginger & garlic paste. Mix and fry for approximately 1 minute. Add a little water, if necessary.
Add tomato and cook for 2 minutes or until soft.
Add the chicken & prawn and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
Season with salt. Add a little water, if necessary.
Cook until the chicken & prawn are tender, the water has simmered and the curry reaches a desired consistency.
Once ready, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with rice.
